Four individuals who went to prison for white collar
crimes in Minnesota will be joined by their respective
federal sentencing judges and prosecutors to explore
their offenses, the consequences, and life after prison.
Panels include:
The panels will be moderated by UST Law Professor Hank Shea and Assistant U.S. Attorney Frank Magill, who prosecuted the cases. The Honorable Diana Murphy, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, will provide closing comments. Click here for more information about this event. CLE credits will be sought.
