Lauren Barnhart

Lauren Barnhart plans on majoring in marketing with a minor in French. She is from Minneapolis and went to Minneapolis South High. Her academic interests center on her business and honors classes. On campus she has been involved in the Aquinas Scholars, American Marketing Association, College Democrats, and Junior Achievement. What she most enjoys about writing is the process, "starting from with just an idea or thesis and being able to organize my thoughts into a persuasive, coherent paper."

Oromiya Hassen

Oromiya Hassen's family is from Ethiopia, but she was born and raised in Minneapolis, MN. She plans to major in Chemistry and go to Pharmacy School. She enjoys writing about personal experiences and reading any kind of book that keeps her attention.
