Course Offerings

The English Department offers a variety of topics for study each semester, including classes that fulfill the university's core curriculum requirements in Literature and Writing and Human Diversity; classes that satisfy various allied requirements in other St. Thomas programs including American Cultural Studies, Catholic Studies, Women's Studies, and various departments within the College of Business; and, of course, classes that fulfill various distribution and course-level requirements for its own English majors and minors.

In addition, the English Department administers all theater and film courses that are offered under the THTR designation in the undergraduate course catalog.
