STEPS offers a wide range of volunteer opportunities and no experience with engineering is necessary.  We offer training for all volunteers so they are comfortable with the students.  However, we encourage those who have a background in engineering, aviation, science or technology to volunteer so they can become mentors to these girls while helping them build their plane.
