Advanced STEPS Camp Application Form - 2013

Participants must have completed 8th grade in spring 2013 and be entering the 9th grade in fall 2013. Participants must have completed a 6th grade STEPS camp. Application forms must be received by the University of St. Thomas no later than April 5, 2013. All fields are required.
