Dr. AnnMarie Thomas presents at FOO Camp

Dr. AnnMarie Thomas was one of about 250 people invited by O’Reilly Media to attend their annual Friends of O’Reilly (FOO) Camp in Sebastopol, CA.  Participants came from a wide range of disciplines and organizations (such as Google, the  Smithsonian, and MIT) to discuss their work.  AnnMarie presented on “The Role of Making and Engineering in PK-12 Classrooms,”  and demonstrated a new project being worked on by undergraduate student Sam Johnson.
