How do I verify my enrollment in a class?

 

• Go to the UST home page www.stthomas.edu
• Click on TOOLS
• Click on MURPHY Online
• Login with UST ID number and your six digit pin number
• Click on “Student Services”
• Click on “Registration”
• Click on “Summary Student Schedule”
• Select the desired term
• Click on Submit

 

How do I check to see if there are open spaces available in a

class?

 

• Go to the UST home page www.stthomas.edu
• Click on TOOLS
• Click on Class Finder
• Select a Term, example Spring 2009
• Click on “Engineering, School of”
• Column titled M/E/W indicates status of the enrollment for course:
  • M = Maximum Enrollment
  • E = Actual Enrolled
  • W = Waitlist number

 

How do I find a class location, time, and date?

• Click on Class Finder
• Select a Term, example Spring 2009
• Click on “Engineering, School of”

 

How do I find my grade?

 

• Go to the UST home page www.stthomas.edu
• Click on TOOLS
• Click on MURPHY Online
• Login with UST ID number and your six digit pin number
• Click on “Student Services”
• Click on “Student Records”
• Click on “Final Grades”
• Select a Term
• Click on Submit

Am I ready to graduate?

(Check your records by running a degree evaluation.)

 

• Go to the UST home page www.stthomas.edu
• Click on TOOLS
• Click on MURPHY Online
• Login with UST ID number and your six digit pin number
• Click on “Student Services”
• Click on “Student Records”
• Click on “Degree Evaluation”
• Select  a Term
• Click on Submit
• Click on “Generate New Evaluation” link at the bottom of the screen
• Click on “Generate Request”
• Click on Submit

 

How do I find out about commencement information?

• If you are ready to graduate, please download and submit an Application to Graduate form to Joyce Taylor, jataylor1@stthomas.edu; this request should be made before the end of the 2^nd week of the semester.
• Go to www.stthomas.edu/commencement for the most current commencement information.

 

 

What is my refund if I cancel a class?

 

• Go to the UST Engineering home page www.stthomas.edu/engineering
• Click on “Courses & Registration" under Graduate Programs
• Click on “Refund Schedule” under the class semester.

 

I need information for tuition reimbursement

 

• Go to the UST home page www.stthomas.edu
• Click on TOOLS
• Clock on Murphy Online
• Login with UST ID number and your six digit pin number
• Click on “Student Services”
• Click on “Student Account”
• Select “Tuition Reimbursement Detail Report”, follow instructions

 

What is date of my first class?

 

• Look at the semester dates; classes always start on or after the beginning day of the semester unless otherwise specified.
