M.S. Fire Protection Engineering with the University of Maryland

The University of St. Thomas School of Engineering (UST) and the Department of Fire Protection Engineering at the University of Maryland (UMD) have announced a collaboration of on-line and on campus courses in a Masters Program in Fire Protection Engineering.  Students can take 2 of the 10 required courses for the UMD Masters program in the School of Engineering and have them directly apply to their UMD masters degree.    The arrangement allows students to form a better community of peers while they move through the on-line program at the University of Maryland.

The degree will be awarded by the University of Maryland's on-line degree program.   To take courses at the University of St. Thomas students should apply to the Graduate Programs in Engineering.

More information about the program at the University of Maryland can be found at the following link:  Fire Protection Engineering at UMD
