Master of Manufacturing Systems Engineering

The Master of Manufacturing Systems Engineering program (Manufacturing Engineering track) develops engineers that can demonstrate leadership and applied engineering skills in the manufacturing field and creates a competitive advantage in the workplace.  Coursework focuses on manufacturing design, engineering problem solving, and decision making.  The program is accredited by the Engineering Accreditation Commission (EAC) of the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).

Entrance Requirements

  • You must have an ABET accredited undergraduate degree in the field of Engineering (or international equivalent) to be eligible for admission to this program.

  • An overall grade-point-average (GPA) of at least 3.0 out of 4.0. (Applicants with a GPA less than 3.0 will be considered for provisional admission with their professional experience factored into the decision.  Please note: Applicants with a GPA less than 3.0 may be asked to provide a GMAT or GRE score.)

Degree Requirements

To complete the requirements for the Master of Manufacturing Systems Engineering, students must successfully complete 15 courses (39 graduate semester credits) and maintain a GPA of at least 2.7.
