Giving Opportunities

Thank you for your support

We are building something truly special here in Minnesota!   And we are grateful for the generosity of our alumni and friends who have supported our goals with their time and talents.   To continue our work, we invite you to explore giving to the following funds.   Thank you in advance for your support!

Engineering Student Excellence Fund

Our engineering and software students are active in a broad range of activities, from cutting-edge research to national student competitions.  The Engineering Student Excellence Fund helps to ensure that they have the right equipment and resources to make the most of their experience at St. Thomas and develop the skills necessary for success in the future.

Peace Engineering Fund

For over a decade the Peace Engineering Fund has enabled engineering students to work with entrepreneurial communities in the developing world.  And together with the people of these communities, St Thomas students use their engineering skills to create sustainable food, water and energy technology solutions to create a more peaceful and just world.

Ronald Bennett Engineering Board of Governor's Scholarship Fund

Four-year Ronald Bennett Board of Governors Scholarships are awarded to outstanding incoming freshmen who embody the ideals of St Thomas' engineering through their work in the classroom, outside of class and in the community.  The fund helps to provide access to students who not only excel in academics, but who also understand that it is the breadth of one's work that will transform him or her into a great engineer and citizen of the world.

Engineering STEPS Camp for Girls

The STEPS summer camp is a week long overnight camp for 6th- and 8th-grade girls to engage and energize their interests in Science and Engineering.  The camp fund has supported the cost of the weeklong camp for more than 2,000 girls in the Twin Cities.
