Tom Keenan is an adjunct instructor for St. Thomas and currently works as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt for the Neuromodulation Business Unit of Medtronic, Inc. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in statistics from the University of Minnesota and has over 25 years of experience in applying and teaching industrial statistics, reliability assurance, and quality improvement methods. He is certified by the American Society for Quality as a quality engineer, reliability engineer, and six sigma black belt.
