Career

Since joining Honeywell's Defense Systems Division in 1960, Arnold Weimerskirch has held positions of increasing responsibility in product quality, electronic component testing and test equipment design. He was made Director of Quality for Honeywell's Aerospace and Defense Group in 1985, Corporate Quality Director in 1987 and Vice President of Quality in April, 1993. He is a former chairman of the Panel of Judges for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award and a former member of the Board of Judges for the U.S. Government President's Award. Weimerskirch is a Registered Professional Engineer and a founder of the State of Minnesota Quality Award.
