Through this program, you will develop a foundation and understanding of leadership in education to prepare you for licensure in Minnesota as a principal, superintendent or director of special education. St. Thomas prepares education professional who aspire to be leaders in their organizations.

St. Thomas provides a competency-based curriculum founded on a practical, innovative assessment of your learning needs. Through a portfolio development process, you will learn and demonstrate the skills needed to be a dynamic leader in today's Pre-K-12 schools.

Most courses meet Wednesday evenings and occasional Saturday mornings
