Develop your leadership skills in athletics and activities administration

New cohort starts March 2009 in St. Louis Park

A competency-based curriculum founded on a practical, innovative assessment of your learning needs.

This program is designed for educators, coaches and other professionals interested in developing leadership skills in athletics and activities administration. Students will:

• Gain in-depth knowledge of administration of athletic and activities programs.
• Tackle issues and discuss current trends in school athletics.
• Develop research skills for evaluating performance and outcomes.
• Gain knowledge in human resource management.
• Learn effective communication and conflict management strategies.
• Examine ethics, equity, and values in leadership.
