For the first time, the University of St. Thomas and NCEA will come together to offer a distinctive opportunity for experienced leaders in Catholic Education. The Leadership Institute will inspire leaders from Catholic educational ministries nationwide to reaffirm their vocational call, connect with their colleagues, and enhance essential executive skills.
Four times throughout the year of participation, the leaders will come together to renew, enhance and reflect as a supportive peer group from across the country. Essential executive skills such as leadership, operational expertise, relationships and interpersonal skills, and spiritual renewal will be addressed during these times.
Leaders who have served at least seven years in ministries such as Diocesan Superintendent, Diocesan Director of Total Education, Diocesan Director of Religious Education or similar leadership positions are invited to apply by March 17, 2008.
Lodging, meals, consultations, books and materials costs will all be covered by the University of St. Thomas, NCEA and individual donors.
More information about the Institute, including opportunities to donate to this unique program, can be found here.
