The University of St. Thomas Mental Health Conference Series

Join a wide-ranging group of professionals and interested citizens who touch many aspects of the mental health system as we bring to the forefront opportunities and challenges surrounding
mental illness in Minnesota. You will leave informed and equipped with a variety of resources and possibilities for taking further action in the struggle to provide mental health resources for all.

The 2008 Mental Health Conference is the second of a series of conferences designed to bring together professionals, consumers, policy makers and concerned citizens with the intent on improving mental health for all. Last year's inaugural conference included over 200 individuals from the diverse fields of health care, law enforcement, education and government.

Keynote Speaker

Joseph L. White, Ph.D., Professor Emeritus
For the past 46 years, Dr. White has enjoyed a distinguished career in the field of psychology and mental health as a teacher, mentor, administrator, clinical supervisor, writer, consultant, and practicing psychologist.
