Licensure and Master of Arts in education - Secondary 5-12 Teaching

Earn your Master of Arts in Education with a Secondary (5-12) Licensure. Gain the personal and professional expertise necessary to become a successful secondary teacher.

  • Study a broad base of methods and pedagogical knowledge.
  • Earn your secondary 7-12 and 5-8 middle school license in desired content area.
  • Complete clinical field experiences in area schools. 
  • Conclude your program with clinical practice (student teaching)

After successfully completing program requirements, you will be recommended for state of Minnesota teaching licensure.
