Educator Development Plan (EDP form)

Purpose

This form will be used as a tool to help you reflect upon your philosophy of teaching and the ten MN Standards of Effective Practice that ground the St. Thomas Teacher Education programs.

The intent of this reflective exercise is to develop habits of building on and honoring the strengths of each learner, whether that student is in first grade or an experienced graduate student.

Note: At the graduate level, this form will serve as a centerpiece for the TEGR 501 - Circles of Advocates for Competency Assessment I course. The EDP will be updated in Circles II.
