This program will challenge you to fill the role of change agent, innovator and leader in your organization. This degree is designed to help you excel in organizational effectiveness.
Courses are developed within the St. Thomas values-based, liberal arts tradition. We are committed to improving practice based on theory and research. Human resources programs feature:
