The Doctorate of Education (Ed.D) in Organization Development (OD) is a program designed for working professionals like you. Classes involve a combination of intensive, face-to-face course meetings on 5-7 weekends per calendar year in Minneapolis, coupled with virtual learning, and one week-long residency during the summer.
