Integrating Theory and Practice for Working Professionals

The Doctorate of Education (Ed.D) in Organization Development (OD) is a program designed for working professionals like you. Classes involve a combination of intensive, face-to-face course meetings on 5-7 weekends per calendar year in Minneapolis, coupled with virtual learning, and one week-long residency during the summer.

  • A cohort format in which you attend courses in a sequence with the same group of 20 to 25 adult learners providing support, diversity and networking opportunities. 
  • Annual practica giving you an opportunity to integrate theory and practice, with an optional international component.

  • A balance of face-to-face learning and e-learning providing an opportunity to attend from any distance.
