Career Development: Aligning Individuals and Organizations (HRDO 608 – 3 Credits)
- Integrate organizational career management and individual career planning systems in work settings.
- Examine various models of career development.
- Reflect on the interaction of an individual’s career development with the objectives and needs of the organization.

Talent Assessment Systems and Methods (HRDO 606 – 3 Credits)
- Learn to administer, interpret, and provide guidance to employees through the use of a number of career assessment instruments and strategies.
- Advise employees and management regarding hiring, promotions, employee training, and development needs and issues.
- Gain knowledge of testing content and construct validity, test reliability and objectivity issues, and legal considerations.
Coaching and Mentoring (HRDO 640 – 3 Credits)
- Explore various models of coaching and mentoring.
- Study the impact of relationship-oriented development programs on individuals in organizations.
