· Facilitates the recognition/registration process for graduate student organizations.
· Provides training to student organizations on university policies and procedures.

Communicate regularly with graduate student
organizations through written
and electronic means
·
Assist with the annual budget allocation process
and monitoring student organization budgets and issuing regular budget reports.
· Assist students in creating new graduate organizations ensuring that the groups are established within university guidelines.
· Provide assistance to graduate student organizations in programming planning and development.
· Assist with recruitment and training of graduate student leaders to serve on student organizations.
· Develop and implement programs that address the educational and social needs of graduate students.
