The Opus College of Business Office of Graduate Student Life serves graduate business students, primarily students enrolled in the full-time and evening UST MBA programs.

This position is in the full-time UST MBA office, which has responsibility for approximately 100-120 students enrolled in a rigorous, daytime 21 month MBA program. The graduate assistant selected will work closely with the Assistant Director for Full-Time UST MBA Student Life, providing excellence in co-curricular programming and support.

 


Position Description

Job responsibilities include:

 

-Work with Student Association and student clubs to assist in articulating vision, program integration, structural revision, faculty advisor engagement, and benchmarking;

-Assist in Full-Time UST MBA Launch (orientation) planning and facilitation;

-Review and update full-time UST MBA Student Handbook and UST MBA         Facebook;

-Help plan, facilitate, and attend events;

-Create and maintain Full-Time UST MBA events calendar;

-Assist in day-to-day activities of high-energy, high-touch Student Life office.

Start Date: flexible, prefer Spring 2008

 

Length of Appointment (academic year or 12 months): 12 months
