K-12 Principal Licensure
Preparing Minnesota Education Leaders

Leaders in education today are dealing with rapidly changing environments, managing diverse points of view and are constantly being asked to do more with less. Educational leaders need to be able to collaborate with others to develop sound polices, listen well to diverse points of view and think critically while acting ethically.

Through this administrative licensure program, you will develop a foundation and understanding of leadership in education to prepare you for licensure in Minnesota as a principal. These skills will help you analyze and implement sound administrative policy, create successful strategies for change and put into service leading practices for the day-to-day needs of your schools.

St. Thomas prepares education professionals who aspire to be leaders in their organizations. This program has been developed specifically for the education leader who desires a licensure as a principal.
