Dr. Candace Chou has more than a decade of experience in working with K-16 educators on technology integration. Chou has conducted national training workshops in Web-based instruction, computer-assisted language learning, multimedia development, performance-based ITV instruction, and electronic portfolio development.
Dr. Carole Bagley
A full-time faculty member at the University of St. Thomas, Dr. Carole Bagley has made significant contributions to the field of instructional technology over the past 30 years. Bagley has provided e-learning leadership, design expertise, technology integration expertise, strategic planning expertise, workshops, seminars, publications, and keynote presentations for numerous professional organizations.
