The School of Education offers degree, licensure and certificate programs on St. Thomas’ Minneapolis campus and at locations throughout the region. The school is based in Opus Hall, located at 1000 LaSalle Avenue in downtown Minneapolis. St. Thomas also offers off-campus graduate programs, wherever educators express the need for advanced learning opportunities. Short courses, workshops and seminars for graduate continuing education credit are also offered at locations throughout the region. Graduate courses are offered evenings and weekends to meet the scheduling needs of working adults. Most undergraduate courses are held during the daytime. Students in off-campus programs typically meet for concentrated periods of study in cohort groups. On-campus programs follow a “4-1-4” schedule: a fall semester (September - December), a January term and a spring semester (February - May). Summer classes are held from June to August in two sessions. To view current and future course schedules, go to http://webcampus.stthomas.edu/.
