Certificate Programs in Organization Development

Certificate programs enable you to gain graduate-level experience in a specific area of study.

  • Admissions criteria for certificate programs are the same as for the Master of Arts in Human Resource and Change Leadership program. How to Apply

Options for Earning a Certificate

  • You may pursue a certificate as a stand-alone credential.
  • You may pursue the master of arts degree and a certificate concurrently.
  • You can continue on to the Master of Arts in Human Resource and Change Leadership after completing the certificate coursework.
    • Coursework taken for the MA may be used to meet certificate requirements. These courses must have been completed no longer than seven years prior to the time the certificate is awarded.
  • If you are already admitted into a certificate program, you may transfer without penalty to the master of arts program. A standard petition form must be submitted and approved.

Internship (3 credits)

  • Each certificate requires a 200-hour, on the job application project that synthesizes course outcomes
