Commencement
Commencement is held in the spring to celebrate graduate students earning their Masters, Education Specialist, and Doctoral degrees.
This academic procession includes beautiful gowns, caps, hoods, tassels, and cords, each of which are adorned with colors symbolizing the degrees earned and UST colors.
Commencement takes place in St. Paul and includes all graduate students (excluding law and business graduates). Family and friends of graduates are welcomed to attend commencement.
Garbing Party
Students earning doctoral degrees are able to participate in pre-commencement garbing parties where they are able to celebrate their academic work and share their experiences with family, friends, and academic faculty.
