Dr. Clayton E. Keller, statewide special education workforce specialist, Metro ECSU (Educational Cooperative Service Unit of the Metropolitan Twin Cities Area)

Keller received his master of arts in special education from St. Thomas in 1983. Keller�s worldwide experience in education includes serving as a Fulbright Senior Specialist in Education at Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey, and visiting instructor, Norwegian University of Science and Technology. Keller is also vice president, Division of International Special Education and Services, for the Council for Exceptional Children.
