Organizations need to enable and nourish quality performance at all levels. Intelligent use of technology can enable organizations to capture, refine and share knowledge, deliver just-in-time learning and enable virtual collaboration across distance and organizational divisions.
The Master of Arts in Technology for Learning, Development and Change is ideal for organizational learning and development experts in a variety of business, educational, non-profit, and governmental settings, or individuals seeking a transition into this new and exciting area of work. This interdisciplinary program seeks to enhance the ability to conceptualize, apply, and implement cutting edge technology-based solutions for professionals in a variety of roles, including: knowledge, learning, and performance consultants, higher education faculty, K-12 technology and curriculum leaders, and developers of online training and instruction.
Three specializations and two certificates
Participants can choose one of the three specializations:

E-Learning: featuring the knowledge and skills required to develop online and blended learning courses and programs. Each course will include three day-long on-campus meetings on Saturdays and online work over a six-week period of time.

K-12 Learning Technology: featuring best practices of technology integration for traditional or blended learning classrooms. The courses are all completely online.

Leadership and Technology: featuring effective virtual team facilitation and leadership in organizations. The courses are a combination of face-to-face and online sessions.
The first two are also stand-alone certificate programs. You will receive a certificate upon completion of course work.

Cohort-based Program
The technology program is a "closed cohort" model. Students proceed through the program as a group with course meetings online or in an accelerated, evening and weekend schedule. A certain number of qualified applicants are required before a cohort will start.
