Leaders in education today are dealing with rapidly changing environments, are managing diverse points of view and are constantly being asked to do more with less. Education leaders need to also be able to collaborate with others to develop sound polices, listen well to diverse points of view and think critically while acting ethically.
Through this program, you will develop a strong foundation and understanding of leadership in education. These skills will help you analyze and implement sound administrative policy, create successful strategies for change and put into service leading practices for the day-to-day needs of your schools.

Through collaboration with the University of Wisconsin – River Falls, you can also earn licensure in Wisconsin.
