| This course examines the economics of International trade and trade policy. Topics include: theories of why countries trade and their implications for income distribution and gains from trade; implications of national trade policies; strategic trade policy; regional agreements (including multilateral trade agreements, free trade areas, customs unions, common markets and economic unions); international factor movements; trade issues related to developing countries, the environment of economic growth.
