The Office of Institutional Diversity’s is responsible for encouraging, developing, administering, and assessing
programs and activities that foster a climate within the
University of St. Thomas that celebrate the diversity of all members of our university community. We also provide
support for individuals from racial, ethnic, religious, and
social groups that have been historically underrepresented
in institutions of higher education. We are committed to expanding the vision for diversity, training for diversity competencies in both the workplace and learning environment, and coordination of campus diversity events.
