While planning, keep in mind that a meal exchange must be picked up and Dining Service does not provide a place for your meal exchange. Decide the date that you wish to have your meal exchange and request a space with facilities.
A menu must be turned in one week prior to your exchange.
The forms needed are found at the link provided on this web site or can be picked up in the Dining Service Office MHC 257.
Fill out the form completely with the following information using the guidelines below:
1) Date and Pick Up:
What day and time are you going to pick up the meal exchange?
|
Earliest pick up time |
Latest pick up time | |
| Monday - Friday | 6:30 am | 6:30 pm |
| Saturday & Sunday | 8:30 am | 5:30 pm |
2) Number of students:
Approximately how many people will participate?
Estimate how many people will be attending. Collect names, student Banner ID numbers and signatures on forms provided on the Forms link. If your numbers increase or decreases, inform the Student Dining Manager. The earlier you start planning and inviting students, the better the turnout will be.
3) Menu:
What do you want to eat?
The menu is available on the link below.

*Make sure you indicate on the Meal Exchange Form which meal you want and specify your choice for any options that are offered. For example, if you want the spaghetti meal, specify if you want marinara or meat sauce. Also, specify your beverage choice of either a lemonade cup and a milk, two lemonade cups, or a soda per person. IF YOU DO NOT specify, your order may be delayed as the Student Dining Manager tries to contact you.
What do I do after I have set up the meal exchange with the Student Dining Manager?
The next step is to collect the names, student Banner ID numbers and signatures of students who are going to participate and turn it in to the Student Dining Manager by 12 noon 3 days prior to your exchange.
Each student must give his or her consent to participate in a meal exchange with their signature on the form. Use of a student’s Banner ID number without permission is strictly prohibited. The meal that is taken off a student’s meal plan balance.
