Dining Services

Menu Options

All meals include paper plates, plastic ware, napkins, and condiments.
All utensils, pans and non-disposable items must be cleaned and
returned to the kitchen.  Any unclean, damaged, or lost equipment
will be charged to your hall account.

Lunch and Dinner Options:
***All lunch and dinner meals include either one fruit drink and
milk, two fruit drinks, or one soda per person**

1) Hamburger, Hot Dogs, and/or Veggie Burgers with buns.
       (one item per person, specify cooked or raw)
        Choice of pasta salad, potato salad or cole slaw
        Includes: potato chips, whole fruit, and gourmet cookie

2) Submarine Sandwich: (one per person) 
        Choice of a combination of two: Turkey, Roast Beef,  Ham or
        Veggie  w/ lettuce, tomato and cheese
        Choice of: pasta salad, potato salad or cole slaw
        Includes: Potato Chips, whole fruit, and gourmet cookie
 
3) Tacos/Fajitas (two per person)
        Choice of: beef taco meat or chicken fajita meat, hard or soft shells
        Includes: fixings: shredded cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour
        cream,  salsa, nacho chips, Spanish rice, whole fruit, and gourmet
        cookie.

4)  Pizza (16” pizzas cut into 8, 2-3 people per pizza)
       Choice of (1): pepperoni, sausage or cheese pizza
        Includes: Caesar salad, whole fruit, and gourmet cookie.
 
5) Spaghetti
       Choice of marinara or meat sauce
       Includes: Caesar salad and bread sticks

6)  Lasagna
       Choice of  Meat (minimum order 20 people) or Veggie (minimum
       order 12 people)
       Includes: Caesar salad, bread sticks, whole fruit, and gourmet
       cookie
 
7) Chicken Caesar Salad,
        Includes:  bread sticks, whole fruit, and gourmet cookie


Breakfast Options
**All breakfast options include one individual milk, and one individual orange juice per person.**
 
8) Continental Breakfast
       Cereal (from the variety offered in the Food Court), bagels w/ cream
        cheese or baker’s choice of pastry
       (one per person) and whole fruit
 
9)  Hot Breakfast (minimum of 15 people) 
       Choice of:  bacon, sausage or ham
       Choice of: Pancakes, waffles, or French toast
       Includes: Scrambled eggs and whole fruit
