Meal Exchanges
Meal Exchanges & Group Meals
Meal exchanges and group meals are arranged by R.A.’s through the Student Dining Coordinator.
Menu Selection Forms are due a week prior to your event. Signature Forms including names, Banner ID, and signatures of all participants, MUST be in our office by 12:00 noon three days prior to the meal exchange.
Meal exchanges are pick up only. A Residence Life professional staff supervisor signature must accompany all orders.
Catered Floor Dinners
Catered floor dinner meal exchanges are also arranged by R.A.s through the Student Dining Coordinator. This service is provided for groups of 25-72 people on selected dates throughout the academic year beginning in October.
