These menu's were designed as a guide for you to use when planning your event at the University of St. Thomas. If you have a special entree you wish to serve that is not listed, ask us. Our managers and staff are very knowledgeable in all aspects of dining services. Call your catering location for assistance. We invite you to challenge us with new ideas.
