
Catering services are available on all three campuses: St. Paul Main Campus, St. Paul South Campus and Minneapolis Campus. Contact the location coordinator where the event is being held to plan your event needs. External clients interested in renting space can visit Campus Scheduling Services.
Reserve a dining room as soon as you decide on a date. Rooms must be booked far in advance to ensure availability.
Departments on UST campuses can reserve space online through Web Viewer.
Please have the following information ready when you contact us:
As soon as the dining room has been reserved, begin planning the menu. The menu and any special requests (i.e. flowers, candles, room setup, etc.) should be decided at least 14 days before your event, but it is never too early to place your Request For Service.
When planning your menu, please indicate only one entrée choice per meal. Catering will provide special meals for vegetarians or persons with dietary restrictions.

A final guaranteed count is required 72 hours prior to an event. Cancellations after these deadlines and “no shows” will be billed accordingly.
