My passion has always been higher education — educating students to be the best they can be and enabling them to make a positive impact in our world. This, of course, mirrors the University of St. Thomas mission, which is why I immediately fell in love with the university. I clearly remember the first day I stepped foot on the campus and was overwhelmed with the amazing energy and excitement! I knew I wanted to contribute to and share this with others.

I originally started at St. Thomas in 2006 and worked on marketing and communication projects for the Opening Doors capital campaign. I then worked in Corporate and Foundation Relations at St. Catherine University before returning to St. Thomas in 2009.

As a gift officer, I have the privilege of meeting and connecting with alumni, parents and friends of the university. I love hearing about the St. Thomas experience and how it has made a

difference in people’s lives. In turn, I help them carry out the St. Thomas mission and vision in their own lives and spread it with others. I reach out to the St. Thomas community here in the Twin Cities metro area, as well as in Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Arkansas and Oklahoma.

I am proud to serve as a personal St. Thomas contact for donors and assist them in any way from answering their specific questions about gifts to keeping them posted on the exciting news and events here on campus. I am dedicated to ensuring that donors leave the most meaningful legacy here at St. Thomas with their gifts, whether it is through a scholarship, unrestricted annual gift, gift for one of our new buildings, or another special opportunity.

My husband, Patrick ’97, and I live near campus. We can often be seen running or biking along Mississippi River Boulevard together, watching college football (go Tommies!), or entertaining friends and family on our sunny patio. We also love traveling and hope to take a trip to South Africa sometime soon!
