Career Testing

UST students and alumni interested in taking any of the tests below may schedule an appointment with a career counselor by calling the Career Development Center at (651) 962-6761. There is a fee to take these inventories.

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is a self-report questionnaire designed to make Jung's theory of psychological types understandable and useful in everyday life. The MBTI will help you identify your strengths and unique gifts.

The Strong Interest Inventory

The Strong Interest Inventory (SII) assesses your likes and dislikes in various subjects, activities and occupations. Your scores are a measure of how your interests compare with identified occupational themes and specific occupational scales.

Campbell Interest and Skill Survey

The Campbell Interest and Skill Survey (CISS) analyzes your self-reported vocational interests and skills, and shows how you compare with other people in general, and with other people in designated occupations.
