Career and Psychological Assessments

A variety of career and psychological assessments are available through our center. If you wish to take an assessment, you must see a counselor for an intake session.

Independent Study and Distance Learning Testing

We provide testing services for Independent Study and Distance Learning classes. These services are currently available for $50 to University of St. Thomas students. A fee of $75 is charged if you are not a University of St. Thomas student. Please call (651) 962-6780 for more information and to set up a testing time.

National Testing Programs

Currently, only the LSAT and MPRE are administered through the testing center at the University of St. Thomas.

Registration for the following tests are done through the testing companies NOT through the University of St. Thomas. In most cases, you can register for these exams online. Also, you can usually find test preparation information on these sites. Sometimes free sample tests are given, other times you can purchase preparation materials.

ACT - This test is no longer given at the University of St. Thomas. ACT's Web site

GMAT - This test is not given at the University of St. Thomas. It is given on computer at other sites. GMAT Web Site

GRE - The GRE general test is a computer-based test given at other sites. GRE Web Site

LSAT - Registration books are available at Personal Counseling and Testing Services, Murray-Herrick Center, room 356. LSAT Web Site

MCAT - This test is not given at the University of St. Thomas. MCAT's Web site

Miller Analogies Test (MAT) - This test is not given at the University of St. Thomas. For more information, and to register, visit the Pearson website at personed.com.

SAT - This is no longer given at UST. Visit the SAT Web site to register.
