November 7, 2003 Budget forms are distributed to Department Heads and Budget Managers. These forms are to be reviewed by the Deans and Directors and then submitted to your appropriate Vice President.
November 12, 2003 Budget Training - St. Paul Campus

November 13, 2003 Budget Training - St. Paul Campus

November 19, 2003 Departmental Budgets are due to your Vice President
December 1, 2003 Non-academic departmental budgets due to Controller's Office by the Vice Presidents.
December 5, 2003 Academic departmental budgets due to the Controller's Office by the Executive Vice President and Chief Academic Officer.
November-January Review by Deans & Directors and President's Staff.
January, 2004 Review and approval by President's Staff
Beginning of February, 2004 Review with Executive Committee
February 19, 2004 Review and approval by Audit/Finance Committee.
Review and approval by Board of Trustees.
