We need your help!

To maintain accurate records about where UST is involved in the community and who were are serving, as well as to provide information to other groups who are interested in doing service, we need to maintain excellent records.

Would you please print the Service Involvement Form, and return your completed version to the Center for Community Partnerships (Murray-Herrick #153) or return via e-mail to: USToutreach@stthomas.edu.

Each month a random drawing will be held from among the returned forms. The winner will receive a $15.00 gift certificate to the UST Bookstore!
