Budget Advisory Committee

a. Purpose:

i. to review the major components of the institution’s annual operating budget and recommend the parameters and guidelines for these major components to the administration and through the administration to the Board of Trustees.

ii. to review strategic and capital budget issues of the institution and make recommendations regarding the operating budget within the framework of these strategic issues.

b. Membership: all academic deans or their designees, six administrators, four full-time faculty members, three undergraduate students, two graduate students, and two non-exempt staff; faculty serving on this committee must be available to meet during January term. Up to two faculty members of this committee, designated by the CFNE, will also attend meetings of the Finance/Audit Committee of the Board of Trustees, each with a term of two years
