Monsignor Reilly founded Helpers of Gods Precious Infants, which maintains "a loving and prayerful presence outside of the abortion mills, where God's children are put to death". Many have witnessed the incredible ability that Monsignor Reilly's presence has had to change the hearts and minds of those considering or performing abortions.

He has spoken to seminarians, religious and lay people in Africa, the UK, Poland, India, and over 10 states in the US. His most recent audiences include students from Christendom College, Franciscan University of Steubenville, and seminarians at St. John Vianney Theological Regional Seminary in Denver, Colorado.
