No Wienerschnitzel?

No Lederhosen?

No Problem!

Do I have to be able to speak German?

Do I need to be of German ancestry?

Do I have to be a German major/minor?

ABSOLUTELY NOT!

The University of St. Thomas German club is available for ALL students, regardless of their major, ancestry, or native tongue. Our purpose as an organization is to promote the culture of German-speaking countries in a friendly and open environment.

We sponsor various activities such as our Deutscher Stammtish which takes place twice a month. This is an opportunity to meet other club members and hear (or practice) the German language.

Also, we also participate in many events off campus in collaboration with the Germanic-American-Institute of St. Paul.

If you are interested in joining this club, (which I might add, is FREE) please contact our President, Matt Lichtfuss.
