This course addresses issues of biology from the
|
|
perspective of women. The focus of the course will be to
|
|
learn basic principles of biology in areas such as anatomy,
|
|
physiology, genetics, cell biology, and microbiology in the
|
|
context of issues relevant to women and women's health. Two
|
|
laboratory hours per week. Not open to Biology majors or
|
|
students who have completed BIOL 101 or BIOL 105.
