Scholarship and service:
Professor Anderson's research interests include: public relations and new media, especially the use of new media for building interactive, two-way symmetrical relationships with consumers; corporate reputation; and the use of framing analysis to study current PR issues. She has published her work in Newspaper Research Journal and presented it to such organizations as the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication.
At UST:
Professor Anderson joined UST in 2006. She serves as co-advisor to the UST Public Relations Student Society of America chapter.
