Scholarship and service:
Professor Anderson's research interests include: public relations and digital media, especially the use of social media for building interactive, two-way symmetrical relationships with consumers; corporate reputation; and the use of framing analysis to study current PR issues. She has published her work in Newspaper Research Journal and presented it to such organizations as the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication and the Institute for Public Relations Research.
Professor Anderson joined UST in 2006. She serves as advisor to the UST Public Relations Student Society of America chapter.
