 This event will be an interactive seminar where students can learn about the chemistry behind art and how professional conservationists use chemistry to analyze and preserve important works of art.  Attendees will help to recreate a famous work of art while learning about the science of art and art conservation.  Dr. Eric Fort of the Chemistry Department will provide some science while Megan Emery and Kristy Jeffcoat from the Midwest Art Conservation Center will present on art conservation while attendees paint and learn.  Refreshments will be provided!
