Jean Dreyfus Boissevain Lectureship
The University of St. Thomas’ Chemistry Department has been named one of five U.S. colleges and universities to receive a prestigious Jean Dreyfus Boissevain Lectureship for Undergraduate Institutions.
The grant will bring one celebrated speaker from the chemical sciences to speak at St. Thomas during the 2012-2013 school year. Speaker dates and details will follow shortly.
In addition, the grant provides the opportunity for several students to conduct undergraduate research with a faculty mentor. Each student who receives the Summer Research Award will receive a $4,500 stipend as well as $500 to travel to a professional conference. The following students are the recipients of this award and will be conducting research this coming summer.
